General information

The programme builds the knowledge and skills necessary for critical and creative approaches to international business by providing study in contemporary economic theory and business practices, supported by ethical and sustainable business decision-making. It also provides students with the capacity to address international business regulations and critically evaluate the impacts of decisions and practice through case studies and interactive learning activities. The studies will provide students with competencies and qualifications needed to carry out international business-related responsibilities, whether in business, government or international institutions. At the same time, the BiIB programme provides a solid basis to continue studies at the master’s level.

We are pleased to announce that our International Business Programme has recently been granted initial EFMD Programme Accreditation. The EFMD Accredited label is international recognition of a high-quality programme.

PROGRAM

Student profiles

The programme prepares students to start and operate their own company engaged in cross-border transactions, as well as work in operational, analytical and managerial positions for business organizations (incl. multinational corporations), public and non-profit institutions in a variety of countries and industries. Graduates are equipped with knowledge of international economic relations and core business skills necessary to cope well with challenges of international, dynamic multicultural business environment.
