This field educates business leaders capable of facing social and technological challenges. We achieve this through developing business competencies, including independent business management and activities in business entities based on innovative ideas and models. Additionally, they develop entrepreneurial skills and an attitude manifested by initiative and creative approaches to solving complex problems. Our graduates focus on solving real management problems in a team, using process and project management competencies.
Students also develop analytical competencies, enabling them to understand material, financial, and social processes and phenomena occurring in organizations and their environment. They use basic mathematical and statistical tools as well as logical thinking and reasoning skills.
We also develop social competencies, preparing our graduates to act as leaders with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, self-present, work in a team, and manage the work of human teams. They are prepared to plan and continue their own education and professional development effectively.
Lastly, we develop IT and technological competencies, enabling our graduates to select and use modern IT tools, including utility applications, to support processes in various areas of the organization.
